If you are looking for a more informal approach, a Business Mentor may be more suitable for you.  We can provide you with a link to a Mentor who will be on call for you 24/7 to discuss issues as and when you need.  This is not a structured meeting schedule but more a sounding board for you to speak to people who have the experience and knowledge behind them and are successful business people in their own right.  Our business mentors will each take on a limited number of mentoring relationships.  We will match up your requirements with their experience to provide you with a great business solution.

A Board of Advice is sometimes the most effective way to proceed to bring together a number of specialists from within your business and also some external consultants.  Our consultants can design the board structure and to run the meetings on a regular basis to ensure that all parties are moving in the same direction to achieve the goals of the business.  The Board also brings about a element of “corporate governance” to ensure that everyone is accountable and achieving the outcomes that have been set.
