Overview of the model
| The integr8 Business Services Group offers small to medium businesses the opportunity to consolidate their professional services within the one group of business professionals, whom are also operating from the one location, thus leading to increased synergies, cost savings, and ultimately profitability. |

The integr8 Group is made up of eight independently owned businesses, all operating in the same office and offering clients the opportunity of holistic and integrated advice across the range of services offered. It’s not necessary to be a customer of all eight businesses, and quite often our customers only use some of the other businesses in the integr8 Group for special one-off engagements. Also, our Group practices mainly in generalist fields of business and from time to time we will refer customers to sub-specialists if we believe a customer’s particular business issue requires such professional advice. In such cases, we will assist customers in managing this external professional relationship and the advice they receive to ensure this advice is consistent with their overall goals and vision. www.integr8group.com.au |
1. Our customer’s needs are our priority – first and foremost.
2. We will respect a customer’s existing professional relationships, and we will not seek to interfere with these relationships unless approached.
3. Each member of the integr8 Business Services Group is independently owned and customer information is not shared between members of the Group unless the customer grants permission.
4. Commissions and referral fees are not paid for cross referrals within the Group.
What is the integr8 Business Services Group’s core target market?
Businesses operating in the Australian SME market, satisfying the following criteria:
• Independently owned businesses with a turnover of between $1million and $50million.
• Generally with five to 50 employees.
• Businesses where a culture of outsourcing is understood.
• Businesses seeking growth strategies up to IPO/VC/PE stage.
• Business owner(s) focused on doing what it takes to make the business more profitable and developing a succession plan, or is interested in selling the business or acquiring other businesses.
• Business owner(s) interested in a holistic approach towards running their operations.
