Tanya Titman – Director

Tanya is a CPA practitioner with over 15 year experience working with small to medium sized businesses. Tanya has spent the last 8 years as a partner in an mid tier accounting practice specialising in management accounting, succession planning, business strategy and taxation compliance. Tanya is a registered tax agent, and holds a degree in Business and Information Technology. She is also actively involved in CPA Australia and sits on a number of national and state based Committees. She is the past Chair of the Qld Public Practice Committee which represents all CPA Public Practitioners throughout Australia. Tanya also is a media representative for CPA Australia and a key note speaker on topics such as business management, succession planning and business strategy.

Matthew Scott – Senior Accountant

Matthew has worked alongside Tanya for the last 5 years and is currently finalising his CPA qualifications. Matthew is a quiet achiever and has attained a High Distinction in all but one of his CPA exams which is an outstanding achievement. Matthew also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has almost 10 years experience in the commerce and accounting. He has previously worked for a large construction company as internal accountant where he used MYOB as the inhouse software package managing a number of property developments and body corporates. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of taxation and management accounting and is passionate about helping businesses achieve their goals.

Daniel Sargent – Accountant

Daniel is a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant, with 10 years experience working with small business clients in small to mid sized accounting firms. Several of those years were spent working as a specialist Self Managed Superannuation Fund accountant. Daniel has extensive knowledge of all aspects of taxation, accounting and superannuation compliance. He will assist you with taxation planning and compliance needs, and with the establishment, management and administration of Self Managed Superannuation funds.

Peta Cullen – Accountant

Peta has spent several years working alongside Tanya and has extensive experience in working with small business clients in the areas of taxation compliance and management accounting. Peta has also had experience in commerce working as an internal accountant and payroll manager. She has returned to work with us after a period of maternity leave and will focus on servicing our clients within the franchise industry as well as assisting with complex MYOB matters and payroll issues.

Kellie McGregor – Accountant

Kellie has had over 7 years experience in business and finance and has extensive knowledge of accounting systems and processes. Kellie has started to work closely with a number of our not-for-profit clients to streamline the reporting processes. Kellie also has extensive MYOB experience and is available to assist with complex accounting matters. She is currently undertaking her Bachelor of Commerce degree through Griffith University.

Will Griffin – Accountant

Will has recently joined the team working under the direction and leadership of Matthew Scott within the Franchise Division. Will is currently studying business/law at QUT, majoring in accountancy and has worked part time in the finance and insurance department at the Norris Motor Group. Prior to starting at Consolid8, Will was awarded a CPA study tour grant, which took him to around Europe to different businesses and the IASB.

Alex Smith  – Accountant

Alex has recently completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree, specialising in Finance, where he received the Dean's Commendation for High Achievement. He is currently working within the Franchise Accounting Division where he helps to produce client final reports. Alex works closely with Matthew and Tanya to assist Franchises reach their goals, and through financial analysis, to improve finacial results.

Grace Xu  – Accountant

Grace has worked in accounting public practice for the last 6 months and is currently studying her CPA qualifications. Grace graduated from Griffith University and attained a Bachelor of Commerce degree.  She has also previously worked in commerce as an internal accountant and finance officer for 12 months.

Romeo Campillo - Accountant

Romeo is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Queensland. He joins Consolid8  with prior experience in client services for large organisations and a background in taxation. Romeo is continuing his professional development towards a Chartered Accountant designation.

Nerida Johanson – Senior Bookkeeper

Nerida brings a broad range of work and life experience to our practice. She has previously worked for over 10 years for a not-for-profit organisation in a wide variety of roles, from bookkeeping, accounting services and managerial responsibilities. Prior to that Nerida successfully owned and operated a investment portfolio planning business and has many years experience in bookkeeping services.

Carol Doherty – Senior Bookkeeper

Carol has many years of bookkeeping service experience. Previously she owned and operated two small businesses. Over the past three years she was working in a manufacturing firm who produced electronic components to defence departments and aircraft manufacturers across the globe. She is also completing her advanced Diploma of Accounting.

Kristyn Bagguley – Bookkeeper

Kristyn has joined the bookkeeping division at Consolid8 after working at the Head Office for Aged Care Queensland for more than 5 years. She has extensive bookkeeping knowledge, customer portfolio management and has had prior working experience within a number of bookkeeping businesses across varying industries.

Alesha Danby – Bookkeeper

Alesha has joined Consolid8 after working at the Head Office for a chain of childcare centres. Prior to she also has experience working for a number of bookkeeping businesses whilst completing here Certificate III in Business (Office Administration). Alesha has always had a passion for bookkeeping and is enjoying working within this field again.

Natalie Vella – Practice Manager

Natalie joined Consolid8 after a period of 10 years working with Microsoft as their office manager. One of Natalie’s roles is to co-ordinate and work with the bookkeeping and accounting staff to ensure that our work flows smoothly and efficient and that clients matters are handled in a timely manner.

Kym Jones – Receptionist/Administration Assistant

Kym has recently joined Consolid8 after a period of 9+ years working with MYOB, supporting their Practice Management Suite of products. Prior to this she has worked in several medium to large Accounting Practices in an administrative capacity. The role of receptionist sees her getting back to her passion for administration. Kym is the friendly voice that will greet you when you call and also offers administrative support to our team of Accountants and Bookkeepers within the Practice.

Prue Crain - Childcare Group Leader

Consolid8 are a leading edge orgisation that provide in-house child minding facilities for staff - supporting the vision that supports working parents.

Prue Crain has 10 years of extensive experience working with children as well as enjoying being a mother to her 1 yr old son and manages this facility Group Leader. Prue's vision is to "provide 'Lovelyland', a warm, nurturing and safe environment for all children, providing flexible care to meet individual wants and needs. I also believe the children learn through play and will programme activities that are stimulating, interactive and most of all fun". 

Azizah Imani - Childcare Assisant

Azizah Imani has recently joined our team as an Assistant Carer in Lovelyland. In addition to caring for the children at consolid8, she is a mother of one.
